![]() There is no "power management" tab in the adapter properties. I am okay if it disconnects during sleep, but I do need it to re-establish automatically once woken. Ethernet does not stay connected at sleep, whether it is used alone or if wireless is also connected.ΔΆ other PCs (different models) are connected to the same switch via ethernet cables no issue with those at sleep. Wireless does appear to stay connected during sleep. Restart the computer and the ethernet connection will come up fine. I hit "Scan for new hardware" then it shows up and re-establishes the connection. In Device Manager, the adapter is no longer listed. When I wake the computer from sleep, it does not re-establish connection with the network. ![]() In Sleep settings, there is only a setting for disconnect from the network when PC is *ON BATTERY* power = NEVER My PC is always plugged in, so in theory should NOT be detected as being on battery ever.
